Saturday while we were putting up our Christmas Lights Lily decided she wanted to try rollerblading for the first time... She could not stay up for the life of her. Kaylie was helping her and decided she needed some padding... So, she took Lily inside and came out with a pillow taped to her butt. Oh my heck it was hilarious!
Sunday... Sterling and I were watching TV before church and thought that Lily and Landon were just down stairs watching the other TV when the came up stairs and told us that they had drawn a line on the sidewalk all the way to Carters house which is 7houses down the street. The funny part is that it was about 10 am and they were still in their Jammies... Landon was in one of Sterling's shirts and Lily in a Tank and PJ bottoms that are way too small. Yep, another MOM of the Year moment... It was a cold November day and my kids are out for who knows how long in hardly any clothes. They were telling us about it and they said that their legs hurt from drawing such a long line, I can understand, they not only made a long line, but it is multi-colored too! Man, these two come up with some very funny and creative stuff! I love these little moments that make you think that you never want them to grow up, because they are sooooo much fun!

Love the padding on Lily. Those stories are just hilarious, they keep you on your toes and that's for sure.
Those two will keep you on your toes for years to come. Those little stories are so fun and make being a mom so fun!! (and frustrating too) :)
Lily is getting ready for the runway some day! And at least the chalk stayed on the sidewalk and not up the parked cars, right?
I love reading sotires about Lily and Landon. They are quite the twosome! Makes me really think about having the next baby closer than 4 yrs apart so he/she and Gabe can be buds just like Lily and Landon! So fun!
